Conversion of barns at Beardley Farm, Kittisford Barton, Somerset to form three dwellings.
This project was initially commissioned by the site owner to obtain planning approval for the conversion of a range of redundant agricultural barns to residential accommodation.
The site was subsequently purchased by Abbey Estates Ltd, who completed the development of three dwellings, for private sale. The design maintains the character and setting of the barns and incorporates renewable energy technology with the provision of a ground source heating installation for the barn complex.
